Burner-burner of Natural Body Fat

Other nutrients to consider are consuming green tea. A Japanese study found consumption of 690 mg of catechins from green tea every day for 12 weeks can reduce 2 percent fat in the body.

This is possibly because catechins to increase metabolism in the body. Until now scientists revealed that catechins can be consumed up to 800 mg per day.

Besides grapefruit and green tea, there are also other nutrients that can be consumed to help burn fat in the body are:
